The BC Council of Licensed Practical Nurses (BCCLPN) is created by the Ministry of Health as the LPN regulatory body.
The British Columbia Royal Commission on Health Care and Costs led by the Honourable Peter D. Seaton releases a report called Closer to Home also known as the Seaton Report. This report endorses the employment and full utilization of LPNs in BC’s health care system.
