Job summary
We are currently recruiting for the position of Lead Nurse for our Vancouver and South Surrey Clinics This full-time role is ideal for an experienced nurse who is passionate about mental health, patient-centred care, and innovative treatment modalities. Working 4-5 days per week, time will be split working in Vancouver ~3 days per week, and South Surrey 1-2 days per week.
Position Overview
The Lead Nurse oversees nursing operations and provides exceptional patient care within our ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) and neuromodulation programs. This role supports both clinical delivery and operational excellence across our Vancouver and South Surrey clinic locations.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Current registration with BCCNM (RN, RPN, or NP)
- BLS required; ACLS an asset
- Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday
- Experience in mental health, psychedelic-assisted therapy, or trauma-informed care
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-centred approach
- Ability to reliably commute to the Vancouver and South Surrey clinics

Key responsibilities
- Conduct pre-treatment assessments, vitals, and safety screenings
- Administer IM or SL ketamine (sub-anesthetic doses)
- Administer and monitor Spravato treatments
- Provide continuous monitoring and trauma-informed support during sessions
- Lead documentation standards and care coordination
- Support clinical workflows and uphold safety protocols
- Mentor nursing staff and collaborate closely with psychiatrists and therapists
Qualifications
- Eligible to work in Canada
