Job summary

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner with a strong interest in women’s health to join our team at Full Circle Integrative Health in Burnaby, BC.
This role is ideal for an NP who is interested in practicing in a more flexible and patient-centred environment, offering an alternative to traditional high-volume roles within organizations such as Fraser Health.
The position offers flexibility in scheduling, with the option to work one day per week or more, depending on preference. Care can be delivered in-person, virtually, or through a hybrid model.
Our clinic is centrally located in North Burnaby, within walking distance of the SkyTrain, and features five exam rooms and a dedicated IV therapy suite, allowing for a broad range of clinical services.
We are a collaborative and supportive team that values creating a warm, positive, and respectful workplace. This is an excellent opportunity for an NP who is looking to do something a little different and build a meaningful, sustainable practice within a growing clinic.
This role offers the opportunity to develop a focused clinical interest in women’s health, including perimenopause and menopause care.
For clinicians s with interest or experience, there is the opportunity to support patients with hormone therapy and female sexual health concerns, within a collaborative and well-supported clinical environment.

 

Key responsibilities

 

Qualifications

1. Registered Nurse Practitioner in good standing with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives
2. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills
3. Interest in women’s health, including perimenopause and menopause care
4. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team-based environment
5. Commitment to providing thoughtful, patient-centred care

 

Compensation & benefits

We offer a competitive compensation model based on a percentage of MSP billings, with strong earning potential for NPs who would like to work more regularly. The clinic provides full administrative, billing, and operational support, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care.
