Job summary

Opened in September 2023 in North Surrey, the EFry Health Centre is a purpose built multidisciplinary clinic focused on improving the lives of marginalized women and children with complex health needs. The team includes Nurse Practitioners, Family Physicians, allied health professionals, and an integrated dental clinic, all working together to deliver whole person, trauma informed, culturally safe, gender focused care. The Nurse Practitioner provides full scope primary care, participates in interdisciplinary collaboration, engages in quality improvement and innovation, and may contribute to teaching or research, with a reduced panel size target.

Hours of Work - Monday – Friday, based on patient care needs,1680 hours per year (1.0 FTE)

Qualifications

Qualifications
• Licensed or eligible with BCCNM (NPs) or CPSBC (FPs)
• Recent clinical experience; experience in primary care and working with vulnerable populations is a strong asset
• CPR-HCP required
• Opioid Agonist Therapy training or willingness to obtain is an asset

Compensation: 1.0 FTE - $169,867 – $181,192 annually with no overhead.
