Using the Power of Story to Improve Patient-Centred Care
The #ListeningtoLearn initiative was developed to provide a platform for patients, families, and caregivers to share their experiences through storytelling. Using these stories, the intent is to provide an opportunity for those involved in health care delivery to reflect on and discuss how the patient experience can be improved, and to recognize the good practices that contribute to patient-centred care through the perspectives of patients, families and caregivers.
