We are physicians and data scientists who understand how to clean up and optimize EMR panels. Over the last 6 years, our team has worked with the Doctors of BC to clean up EMR panels to ensure FPs across BC have their EMRs optimized. This ensures primary care providers have a clean EMR that demonstrates an accurate attachment roster and up to date chronic disease patient lists.
