The program delivers practice support for<br \/>Primary Care Network (PCN)-contracted NPs across all five regions, with additional<br \/>support in rural, remote, and Indigenous settings.<\/p><p><br \/>NP Provincial and Regional Leads provide clinical and professional coaching,<br \/>mentorship, and practice support, while also serving as liaisons with regional PCN<br \/>partners to enhance NP role clarity and support effective integration into local teams.<br \/>The overall objective is to ensure strong regional leadership and mentorship, enabling<br \/>NPs to thrive in their roles and
