Membership includes:
- Mental health services
- Educational sessions and webinars
- Leadership courses
- Clinical corners
- Student and new grad courses
- Awards of Excellence
- Campaigns
- Anti-Stigma workshops
- Government Engagement & Advocacy
- Perks
- Jobs board
- And much more!
What does this mean for me in 2024?
- NNPBC's annual fee is only $51.00 including GST. This is only about $4.25 a month (less than a latte!).
- NNPBC fees remain very low in comparison to health professional associations and, as we did in 2023, our service offerings continue to expand.
- As was the case in 2023, RNs, RPNs, NPs and employed students will continue to purchase professional liability protection from the BCCNM as well as their NNPBC membership during their initial registration or renewal through the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (the College).
- At the time of renewal (starting February 1, 2024), RNs, RPNs, NPs and employed students have two options for their CNPS professional liability protection, the bundled option OR CNPS liability protection only.
Designation 2024 Bundled option 2024 CNPS professional liability protection only (no NNPBC) RNs and RPNs $122.40 ($51.00 NNPBC and $71.40 for CNPS professional liability protection - includes GST) $92.40 (includes GST) NPs $218.48 ($51.00 for NNPBC and $167.48 for CNPS professional liability protection - includes GST) $188.48 (includes GST) Employed students $96.90 ($25.50 NNPBC and $71.40 for CNPS professional liability protection - includes GST) $92.40 (includes GST) - LPNs and non-practising nurses will be provided with the opportunity to choose to purchase NNPBC membership during their BCCNM renewal (starting February 1, 2024) or can do this at a later time via the NNPBC website. See our Fees and Purchasing page for more details about how to purchase.
